As West Coast Advisory Partners expanded, opening a new office in Burnaby while maintaining their downtown Vancouver headquarters, they faced growing pains from inconsistent meeting room technology. Different systems in each room caused frequent delays and a high volume of IT support costs. We were brought in to design a standardized solution based on Microsoft Teams Rooms for all 15 of their boardrooms and huddle spaces. We deployed a new, enterprise-grade network to ensure mission-critical reliability and implemented a remote management platform. This powerful solution allows their IT team to monitor, troubleshoot, and support every room across both locations from a single, centralized dashboard.
