For architects and homeowners of distinction, the challenge is not simply adding technology, but integrating it so seamlessly that it disappears into the home's design. The goal is to enhance the living experience through effortless control, without compromising the aesthetic vision.

The owners of the newly built Chartwell Residence wanted a home that was both technologically advanced and simple to live in. Working closely with the architect and interior designer from the blueprint stage, we engineered a fully integrated Crestron control system. We designed custom shade pockets to make the Lutron motorized shades completely invisible when open. A whole-home audio system provides music in every room from discreet, in-ceiling speakers that are flush-mounted and painted to match. The heart of the home is a high-performance media room featuring a 120" Ambient Light Rejecting (ALR) screen for brilliant daytime viewing. The entire system is built on a rock-solid Araknis network, ensuring flawless performance and reliability.
